Shipping & Storage: Hotel is not responsible for storage or materials handling. Please ensure that prior arrangements for storage or materials handling have been made with hotel before any shipment of materials to the Hotel. Packages will arrive no more than three (3) business days prior to event. Each box/package sent will be charged in accordance with the following:
• Standard-sized boxes (11 ½” W x 18” L x 10” H) up to twenty pounds (20lbs.) will be charged at ten dollars ($10.00), per box.
• Oversized boxes larger than a standard size box and weighing more than twenty pounds (20lbs.) will be charged at thirty-five dollars ($35.00), per box.
• Additional charges may be applied depending on the size and weight and solely at Hotel’s discretion.
• Crate/Equipment Cases will be charged one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00), per item.
• Pallets and boxes weighting more than one hundred pounds (100lbs.) will be charged at two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00), per item..

Parking: Self-Parking available for the conference attendees during Summit for $25 per day. $35 Valet daily.

Rooms Reservation:The Pharma Partnering US Summit 2025 has arranged special discount rates of $259 USD per night for the Conference participants. This rate is Valid until 13th April 2025. Guests will be able to make reservations with 18% conference discount after 13th April 2025.

Each showcasing participant will be allocated a 15-minute time slot for their company presentation. This opportunity enables participating companies to pitch their assets, services, platforms, technology, and solutions available for licensing or deal-making to a captivated audience of senior decision-makers. Presenting in this setting enhances your company’s visibility and increases the likelihood of engaging with qualified leads and potential partners. Additionally, this platform elevates brand awareness and strategically positions your company for future collaborations.

Exhibition:

Exhibiting participants will be provided with a dedicated tabletop space in the main networking hall. This prime location allows you to showcase your assets, services, solutions, technologies, and platforms using display materials for enhanced brand and asset visibility. During coffee and tea breaks, as well as dedicated networking sessions, the interactive setting of the networking hall fosters meaningful discussions, enabling you to engage with qualified leads and demonstrate the practical applications of your offerings, ultimately driving business growth.

One-to-One Partnering:

Two weeks before the event, all participants will be granted an access to our one-to-one online partnering platform. This platform enables you to search for and identify potential partners from the participant list, review their profiles and offerings, exchange information via a chat function, and send or receive meeting requests—all from a single, streamlined dashboard. Each day of the summit will include dedicated sessions for pre-arranged meetings and social networking, providing over 12 hours of opportunities to engage with decision-makers and explore potential partnerships.
